Job Details:
Seeking an experience Payroll Manager for this niche business. The successful candidate will have experience of running multiple payrolls each month, working with TUPE contracts, excellent knowledge of PAYE and NIC legislation and proven experience of maintaining successful relationships with HR and the wider business. Primary Responsibilities Work in partnership with the teams to ensure the payroll is accurate and that all queries are resolved effectively Manage the Payroll team effectively Ensure that relevant control accounts are reconciled monthly by the end of the following month Ensure that backlogs of work are kept to a minimum and never become excessive Ensure that all team members are properly trained, developed and motivated Conduct an open door policy towards staff in all circumstances Attend to queries raised by employees and, where possible, advise employees how to resolve queries by themselves Ensure that all PAYE, NIC, taxation and P11D information and records are correct and dealt with within statutory time limits Provide first class customer service to the business and key stakeholders in multiple countries. Continually refine systems and procedures and eliminate any that add insufficient value Develop / adapt intranet-based finance documents library and forms library, keep information up-to-date and monitor compliance across the Group Encourage cross-functional improvement within the Finance Team Maintain a working knowledge of relevant payroll, accounting software Applicants will be CIPP qualified You will be an experienced Payroll Manager and have managed, motivated and worked within a dynamic and changing team. Your CV will also demonstrate working to strict deadlines and your involvement in developing team members. The successful candidate will be awarded with a generous package. |
