To realize its highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, the company is currently looking for a proactive, commercially focused and profit driven Business Director - Victoria's Secret, Middle East. Based in Dubai, the candidate will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to develop Victoria's Secret, a high-quality, on-trend leading intimate apparel and beauty iconic brand throughout the region. The Role Strategic brand development & business planning P&L delivery - full accountability Very strong operations focus Maintaining & developing relationships with host brand Team development and leadership Property strategy development Strong management / supervision of visual merchandising and store operations Requirements At least 20 years of experience gained in wholesale and retail businesses, including a minimum of 10 years in senior management positions Proven track record of experience in apparel and health & beauty Strong practice of multichannel experience is a must (wholly owned & operated stores + distributors + e-Commerce etc.) Expert delivering consistent customer service Strong negotiation and communication skills Strong "hands-on" background in operations Directorship and business development experience of large retail store chains Working at a senior level in a renowned company, top global retail group or major multi franchise operation Preferably with some international experience Others/Soft Skills Charismatic Commercially astute and profit driven An influential, proactive and strong leader A proven track record of delivering success through teamwork An excellent negotiator Comfortable managing complexity The Package: Competitive tax free package (Middle East), including bonus and executive benefits Strong potential for personal growth and multi-regional career progression |
